Accessibility

Free parking is available directly outside Randall’s, including a designated accessible parking space located closest to our entrance. The accessible space has additional room on either side for easier vehicle access, and depending on availability, customers can park approximately 3–4 metres from the store entrance.

There is a small elevation at the entrance, with an accessibility ramp available for easier access. Our front door is wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. Please note that the door is manually operated, but our team is always happy to assist with opening it if needed.

Our entire retail space is located on one level.

We intentionally keep our main aisles approximately 3–4 feet wide to provide comfortable space for wheelchairs, walkers, mobility devices, and strollers. A few areas toward the back of the store may be slightly narrower, but our team is always happy to move displays or provide assistance to make navigating the store easier.

If you need help reaching an item, carrying something, or moving through any part of the store, please just ask.

A customer washroom is available on the main floor and is wheelchair accessible, with space to accommodate mobility devices and accessible features including grab bars.

The washroom door is manually operated but is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Randall’s carries candles and other scented products, so while our store cannot be considered completely scent-free, we do not burn candles or operate scented diffusers in the store.

We also carry scent-free candle options.

Music is normally played at a comfortable volume throughout the store. If you have sensory sensitivities and would prefer the music to be turned down or turned off during your visit, please let our team know. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

If you need to sit or take a break while shopping, just ask a member of our team and we can provide a chair.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.

Our staff are also happy to help carry purchases to your vehicle. For larger or heavier purchases, including cases of paper and larger business orders, we have a dolly available and can assist with getting your items safely to your vehicle.
