This page outlines how orders are processed, delivered, shipped, and paid for through Quinte Office Supplies Inc., the corporation that owns and operates Randall’s Office, Gift, & Home.
Order Processing
Orders placed through our online store are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive email updates when your order is:
- Confirmed
- Ready for pickup
- Out for delivery
- Shipped
- Delivered
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or higher-volume periods.
In-Store Pickup
Customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout and collect their order from our Trenton location during regular business hours.
Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email notification before arriving. Order confirmation or photo ID may be required.
Pickup Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Holiday Hours may vary from the above
Local Delivery Options
Local Delivery — Trenton Proper
Local Delivery orders are delivered directly by Randall’s Office, Gift, & Home within Trenton.
Rates
- Same Day / Next Business Day Delivery: $8 CAD
- No-Rush Delivery: $5 CAD
- FREE Local Delivery on orders over $50 CAD
Timing Notes
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery
- Orders after 1:00 PM are delivered the next business day
- “Next Day” refers to the next business day, not calendar day
Local+ Delivery — Surrounding Trenton Area
Local+ Delivery covers areas surrounding Trenton and is also completed directly by Randall’s Office, Gift, & Home.
Rates
- Next Business Day Delivery: $12 CAD
- No-Rush Local+ Delivery: $10 CAD
- FREE Local+ Delivery on orders over $50 CAD
Timing Notes
- Same-day delivery may occasionally be available depending on route scheduling, but is not an available option for Local+ Delivery
- No-Rush delivery prioritizes efficiency and may occur within several business days
No-Rush Delivery Explained
No-Rush Delivery helps us group deliveries efficiently.
- No guaranteed delivery timeline
- Usually delivered within the same week
- May arrive sooner depending on routing
This option helps keep delivery costs lower.
Domestic Shipping Within Canada
Because many products do not yet have finalized weights or dimensions, we currently use flat-rate shipping across most of Canada.
Flat-Rate Shipping by Region
- Ontario: $18 CAD
- Western + Northern Canada: $18 CAD
- Quebec: $18 CAD
- Atlantic Canada: $18 CAD
We hope to expand coverage as our product database continues to improve.
Shipping Limitations & Exceptions
Heavy or Bulky Items
To keep shipping predictable:
- Very heavy or oversized items may not qualify for shipping
- Some products are restricted to pickup or local delivery only
If restricted items are accidentally ordered for shipping, we may contact you to adjust or cancel the order.
Shipping Cost Accuracy
Because flat-rate shipping is being used while product measurements are still being finalized:
- If actual shipping costs greatly exceed what was charged, we may cancel and refund the order
- Large or unusually heavy orders may be reviewed before shipment
- Orders deemed impractical or unprofitable to ship may be cancelled and refunded
These cases are uncommon and typically result from system limitations rather than customer error.
Carrier Delivery Timelines
Shipping timelines:
- Are estimates only
- Depend on carrier performance, weather, and logistics conditions
- May vary by destination
We are not responsible for carrier delays once shipments leave our facility.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Business Client Delivery Options
Some delivery and payment options are reserved for approved business clients.
Because these options are triggered by postal code:
- Some customers may see them temporarily at checkout
- Non-business orders selecting these options may be cancelled or asked to choose another option
We reserve the right to verify eligibility.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost:
- Please contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return Policy.
Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Options
- Secure online checkout, including credit card, debit, and supported methods shown at checkout
- Cash accepted for in-store pickup only
- Cash not accepted for delivery or shipped orders
All transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Saved payment methods are securely tokenized by our payment processor.
