Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt or pickup. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase:

• Refunds will be issued for the product price less the original shipping cost, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance, discontinued, or seasonal merchandise
• Custom, personalized, or special-order items
• Opened or used printer ink and toner cartridges
• Gift cards
• Items not in original or resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
